Report of the Working Group on Litigants in Person
A Working Group was established to consider the challenges associated with litigants in person (“LIPs”) participating in proceedings. Those challenges may be experienced by a LIP, other parties to the litigation, the judiciary and/or the staff of the Courts Service. The Working Group has completed a report and made recommendations designed to address those challenges, following consultation with the judiciary.
