The Judicial Council is committed to protecting the rights and privacy of individuals (known as ‘data subjects’) in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679) and Irish Data Protection Acts 1988-2018.  

This privacy statement explains how the Judicial Council collects and uses information about you. You also have a right to obtain information about you kept by the Judicial Council. We have responsibilities as a data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to protect personal data.
